Who we are

Vidnora runs fused.video. Vidnora is the business of Ben Davies, a sole trader, based at Cradley Enterprise Centre, Maypole Fields, Cradley, Halesowen, West Midlands, B63 2QB. If you have any questions about your information, send us a message.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, agency, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. When you book a call, Calendly passes us your name, email and anything you add to the booking.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, hold the call you booked and, if we work together, run your projects. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who processes it

Enquiries are processed by Netlify, which hosts this website. Calls are booked through Calendly. Videos on this site are played by Wistia, which only loads when you press play.

Analytics

This site uses Plausible, a privacy friendly analytics tool. It doesn't use cookies or collect personal information; it only counts visits and which buttons are used.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months. If we work together, we keep project and invoice records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by sending us a message. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
